Attorney Bio

As Senior Supervising Attorney in our St. Petersburg/Tampa office, Dale manages and oversees the firm’s Florida first party property and third party liability litigation. He also defends and manages third party actions and handles cases for property insurers throughout Florida.

Dale advises insurers on all aspects of coverage disputes, civil remedy notices, pre-suit investigations, declaratory judgment and bad faith litigation. He also prepares complex coverage opinions, reservation of rights and declination letters.

In addition, Dale has experience in handling complex SIU matters and has extensive experience conducting Examinations Under Oath.

A graduate of Florida State University, Dale earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. He has actively practiced law in Florida since 1989.
